2025 Aquaponics Conference STEM, Student, & Community Discounts

The Aquaponics Association’s mission is to expand the practice of aquaponics through education, advocacy, and connection. Therefore, we strive to make the conference affordable for all ages and levels of growers.

Full STEM/Community Discounted Tickets will be $299 ($319 w/ bus tour), with potential additional discounts added on. Discounted tickets are limited!

In order to apply for the discount please review the eligibility terms below as well as submit a detailed response using the button below!

The following groups can apply for the Aquaponics STEM Education & Community Discount:

  • K-12 student and educators, and college students can claim their discount by completing the form with a valid school email address and a brief explanation of your growing operation

  • Small non-profits and small home-growers can apply for this discount by filling out this form and describing your growing circumstances and we will grant discounts based on availability.

  • This discount is not intended for parties that profit from the sale of aquaponics fish or produce; or aquaponics equipment, supplies, services.

What Do 3-Day Tickets Include?

  • 70+ presentations covering (5) tracks from the world’s top experts, producers, educators, students, and more;

  • The Aquaponics Vendor/Exhibitor Showroom and Silent Auction with cutting-edge technology and equipment;

  • The Annual Aquaponics Opening Ceremony and Banquet with keynote addresses; and

  • Access to our hotel room block rate of $169/night at The Hotel at The University of Maryland (7777 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, MD 20704), conveniently located a short 10min walk from conference venue (University of Maryland STAMP Student Union)

The 3-Day Conference includes the following meals/beverage options:

  • Three days of coffee/refreshment breaks;

  • Friday and Saturday Vendor Showroom Happy Hour (1 free drink ticket/night);

  • Saturday Banquet Dinner; and

  • Potential for more food additions pending organization decision.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be received by email to director@aquaponicsassociation.org no later than August 25, 2024. Refunds for registration fees will be subject to a 20% handling fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 25, 2023 or for “no shows”.

In the event of an act-of-god that inhibits attendance refunds will be made accordingly.
