What Do 3-Day Tickets Include?

The 3-Day Conference includes the following meals/beverage options:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be received by email to director@aquaponicsassociation.org no later than September 1st,, 2025. Refunds for registration fees will be subject to a 20% handling fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 1st, 2025 or for “no shows”.

In the event of an act-of-god that inhibits attendance refunds will be made accordingly.
