Hotel Room Block Info

The Hotel Room Block at The Capital Plaza Hotel has been FILLED. While there are no discounted rooms available, the Capital Plaza Hotel may still have rooms available between the 23rd-27th. We still recommend staying at the Capital Plaza Hotel or somewhere within walking distance if possible. If this is not possible then we recommend staying at the Hampton Inn Frankfort, where we will be providing additional transportation to and from the conference venue. Additionally, we have a corporate rate at The Hilton Inn Frankfort for $146/night, you must call the hotel directly (502-223-7600) and give them the discounted room code of A-D-A.

Please note that typical transportation (uber, lyft, etc.) is limited in Frankfort, therefore we suggest planning to rent a car for transportation or referring to our taxi page here for transportation outside of what we can offer.
