What Do 3-Day Tickets Include?

  • 60 presentations covering (5) tracks from the world’s top experts, producers, educators, students, and more;

  • The Aquaponics Vendor/Exhibitor Showroom and Silent Auction with cutting-edge technology and equipment;

  • The Annual Aquaponics Opening Ceremony and Banquet Dinner with keynote addresses; and

  • Access to our hotel room block rate at The Capital Plaza Hotel (405 Wilkinson Blvd, Frankfort, KY 40601), conveniently located a short 15min drive from the conference venue (KYSU Harold H. Benson Research and Demonstration Farm, 1525 Mills Ln, Frankfort, KY 40601). Transportation will be provided to and from conference hotel and venue from 7am-6pm everyday.

  • Sunday Tour of KYSU Aquaponic and Aquaculture Facilities (Transportation provided).

The 3-Day Conference includes the following meals/beverage options:

  • Two days breakfast, lunch, and coffee/refreshment breaks;

  • Saturday Banquet Dinner + Happy Hour (1 free drink ticket included); and

  • Potential for more food additions pending organization decision.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be received by email to coordinator@aquaponicsassociation.org no later than September 15th, 2026. Refunds for registration fees will be subject to a 20% handling fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 15th, 2026 or for “no shows”.

In the event of an act-of-god that inhibits attendance refunds will be made accordingly.
